Orchestrate UX for Google’s work management ecosystem including AI, Safety & Simplicity work streams. Led UX strategy from visioning, prioritization to execution.
Won a tech impact award in 2022 by creating the unified project management tool called TaskFlow at Google and grew the user base from 0 to majority of the Google teams organically.
Expanded the market from small team planning to large enterprise planning, with close partnership with Alphabet’s Product Areas.
